But there is no need at all to set a host name, neither in the client
request, nor in the server reply.

This was just for testing und what I really want in the server reply is
a boot-file-name that depends on
1. the client class, which is part of the host declaration
2. if the DHCP client uses UEFI PXE boot or BIOS PXE boot
