[Kea-users] version 3 API access credentials

I failed to realize that the v3 software release enables API authentication. This broke a tool's ability to communicate with the servers.

I've tried to scour docs, to figure out how to add auth, but nothing is working. I found the user and password, but my javascript fetch is still yielding a 403 forbidden.
