[Kea-users] Kea HA Basic HTTP Authentication seems to accept any credentials

As far as I can remember the HTTO basic authentication is not supported by
the HA listener (the dedicated HTTP/HTTPS server side) so the headers are
simply silently ignored. Please note the HA listener configuration is
independent of the Kea control socket config (even this is a ticket to
share the TLS setup in a to come release).
