Not really. The Kea API allows pools to be reconfigured dynamically.

What would this look like, to your mind?

Do you want Kea to incorporate a DHCPv6 client?

Do you want the Kea documentation to include examples of how to
integrate third-party DHCPv6 clients with Kea, to automatically create
PD pools in Kea? If so, do you want a generic example -- say, a script
that takes a prefix and submits API commands to Kea? Or are you
looking more for concrete examples for specific DHCPv6 clients? Or both?

Do you want the Internet engineering community to develop a standard
mechanism to allow upstream-facing DHCPv6 clients to communicate PDs
they receive to downstream-facing DHCPv6 servers?

I can write-up an issue for you, if you like, but first I have to
know what you want.
