The suggested ports are just suggestions. People may configure
whatever ports they find appropriate for each use. However, you need to
define *some* unique port for each thing listed that you are using.

The example is compatible with both Kea 2.6 and Kea 3.0. If Kea 3.0
encounters "control-socket" (singular) while loading a config file, it
treats it as a list containing the one object. Kea 3.0 can thus accept
the old format. However, Kea 2.6 does not understand the new format.
