bind and ISC DHCP have command line options to not daemonize. Kea servers<br class="gmail_msg">
have none but don't daemonize (i.e., they stay in foreground without<br class="gmail_msg">
closing standard in, out and error, nor create a new login session.<br class="gmail_msg">
So I don't understand what is your problem? (i.e., IMHO there is<br class="gmail_msg">
