This should be very easy to configure as the default mode of the forensic<br>
logging hook is to log option 82 data if present. The hook is documented<br>

A very simple configuration which should do what you describe is the first<br>
example in the documentation. You may need to play with log rotation and<br>
retention settings to keep what you want for as long as is required.<br>
