<div>I tried to install the latest kea3.0.0 on a RHEL8 host and the installation was smooth. However, when I tried to upgrade the RHEL8 2.7.7 kea host to 3.0.0. I got some strange error:</div>

<div>Usually this error indicates that some software is missing. But as you can see in our case, it mentions itself is required by itself. Thus I believe there should be something not right. </div>
