Our participation in CORE++ is as providers of DNS services. We 
actually offered CORE++ to host the TLD for no fees, as we do for any 
other TLD that would like us to host it.
ISC's involvement is not the same as it was for .org, where ISC lead 
one of the bids and was ready to  provide all aspects of the registry 
business.
