As others have said, you need a client software, not a server
software.
Hence OpenReg seems not to be the solution for you.

Try to find an EPP client.
I've developed one, as free software, which is used by some .EU
registrars. It can also do .BE and any other registry. It implements,
for now at least, RRP & EPP, with various extensions.
