latest miniupnp{d,c} in ceropackages

I have updated ceropackages to have the latest miniupnpd and miniupnpc from

http://miniupnp.free.fr/files/

What this buys me, I dunno. I came, I saw, I patched. It built, it installed,
I'll play with it later. Whatever addional patches are necessary I'll get to
after I get access. Will also submit upstream after testing.
