and we didn't get to discussing the actual requirement for the mb4
stuff, and the dhcp over dhcp6 was left undefined.

There are some other ipv6 interactions to be thought about, for
example, doing dns over ipv6 seems plausible and reduces the problems
that nat on ipv4 on dns would induce.
