[dtaht/ceropackages] d76ba6: added trivial relay for nat-pmp

I am sorting through various bits of code, for example I just slammed
trpmp from the
aftr-1.1 into my repo. There are other bits and pieces in aftr-1.1
that may or may not
be relevant to anything .

Is there a point to having an aftr package?

b4-openwrt pulls down isc-dhcp-4.1 and builds that. I already have a
4.2.1-P1 based package that I was planning to update to 4.2.3 or
later. It looks like there is some 'specialness' in the conf files in
b4-openwrt, but that's all.
(this is more of a familiarization exercise than anything else, and
also I wanted to get dhcp-pd support working on something other than
dibbler)

The above can be turned into an openwrt 'feed' by adding a line like

src-git cero git://github.com/dtaht/ceropackages.git # readonly

OR

src-git cero git at github.com:dtaht/ceropackages.git


to feeds.conf, then
./scripts/feeds update
./scripts/feeds install the package you want
make menuconfig to add
