DHCPv4 over IPv6

I'd like to understand how the DHCPv4 over IPv6 will be used:
 - obviously the CRA cannot set the IPv4 address of the WAN interface
 - in fact there is an issue also at the TSV: the spec suggests
  it is possible for a server to be a TSV and a standard server
  but this will be very complex. Fortunately it is possible to
  use a slightly improved (i.e., adding 6ADDR support) server and
  TRAs too.
