Repo for SDCPE (Stateless Deterministic NAT CPE)

Can you guys set up a GIT repo in repo.isc.org in such a way that Dave Taht, Francis, Paul S., Alistair Woodman, and myself can commit to, but make it available for everyone in read-only mode?
I know we don't run a GIT server but perhaps we should.
