=> s/netbooks/laptops/ for at least two reasons:
- today netbooks seem to be harder to find
- it was always pretty hard to find netbooks with ExpressCard support

=> we'll need vrrp/ucarp on the CGN-CPE side but it will be under
our control and to be run on CGNs, so easy.

=> s/Dave/.../ for 'bring'

=> oops, s/dnsmasq/udhcpc/ as it is the standard client which
has to be tested with the CRA. BTW I expect cerowrt uses the common
busybox config with embedded udhcpc, isn't it? It is not critical
to change this, the only thing to change is to launch the DHCPv4 client
after the IPv6 setup, so it is not in a long timeouts between retries
phase when the CRA service is available.
