PS: I checked the DHCPv4-over-IPv6 with udhcpc (the default DHCPv4 client
in OpenWRT): it worked when I forced the server-identifier in the TSV
config. BTW I didn't check with a TRA but IMHO this point is particular
to the TSV (and it is not very surprising an IPv4 address is not immediately
bound to an IPv6 packet. In fact there is perhaps a problem in the protocol
itself as I can't see what should do a "pure" TSV...)
