conflicting pcp support in wireshark trunk

=> svn? Officially we support only the stable version (BTW there is
a branch for the last update, I don't know if it was merged or
reviewed).

Any IMHO what matters is the name in the IANA repository, so eithrt
the IETF PCP should get the precedence or IANA will solve the name
conflict.
