SD-AFTR demo at Paris IETF

We plan to show a SD-AFTR demo at the Paris IETF on the first Sunday
(so without delay before the demo). We need:
 - an IPv4 address for the box itself (can get it with DHCPv4 but
  IMHO a static/fixed address should be easier)
 - a not empty set of globally routed IPv4 addresses for the AFTR function
  (i.e., it will be used for mapping demo traffic to the Internet)
 - the way the address (or address prefix) will be routed, i.e.,
  with a static route on the IETF routers, proxy arp, etc. Note
  the address(es) won't be assigned to an interface so we need to know
  how packets to this(these) address(es) will be routed.
