yes.

That's a complex question. Presently I am building from my main tree,
incorporating
the isc repository as the cero1 user.
http://huchra.bufferbloat.net/~cero1/iscwrt/3.3/ is where I have been
(temporarily!) stashing the isc specific build results. (I note that
this is now out of date as of an hour ago)
However, I note that this contains a package repository that functions
much like 'apt-get',
except that the command is 'opkg'
So, right now, for example, I
A) flash the current firmware from the above directory
B) opkg install b4iwf dhcp4-dhccra dhcp4-client sdctl
C) transfer over the configuration scripts
D) configure the device, renumber the ips, etc.
If you wish to do your own builds of the firmware?
I can set you up with your own copy of the relevant 5 repostiories and
build scripts, either
on huchra or on your own hardware. All of the rest of cerowrt can be
easily pulled down from github, except the isc repo.
After the initial 3+ hours of painful, often buggy build, it then
becomes relatively easy to cycle through creating revised packages.
It was sort of my intent to reduce the above steps to mostly "A",
after the code stabilized,
and have a package full of the relevant configuration info.

package definition and patches.
The actual source code (in this case, tarballs of the relevant
branches) I have been tossing
in my web directory on huchra.
Since at the moment we lack a two-way mechanism between isc cvs and
the outside world...
When a source package is revised, I have been generating a new
tarball, recalculating the md5sum for the tarball, updating the
package and package name in the ~cero/src/isc repo,
a git commit there, switching to the cerowrt-3.3 dir, doing a
./scripts/feeds update there,
then a make package/dhcp4/{clean,compile,install} V=99 # until it
actually compiles
then a full build with an updated version number in files/etc/opkg.conf,
