=> the -l4 option (which is not needed: the problem is on the dnsmasq
side) works well on ida so it could be something from the context
(for instance trying to bind to an address which is not yet assigned).

=> yes, I have the same issue with cvs which tries to use IPv6 first
(there are a zillion of messages in the IPv6 list about how to fix
this generic issue :-). Note it is for the demo only...
