Limited dnsmasq on ida to DNS proxy only.

Configured and stated a DHCPv4 server on ida for the client LAN.
Please find cruithne or any client, I'd like to check this:
the client should get by DHCP its address (178.28.1xx) with
the correct netmask (/24 i.e. 255.255.255.0), a default route
to ida (178.28.0.1), name server (in /etc/resolv.conf) to ida.
And it should work too (:-)!
