DHCPv4 server and relay at the same time

1) Francisco:

Acquiring a laptop/desktop other than my main one to use as a client
would be good, now that the others are in flight.

(while I have a half dozen laptops rory gave me in the lab, the most
powerful one has 128MB of ram and dates to the late 90s)

It should be connected directly to ida's (the black laptop) native
eth0 port, have a login
and password that francis and I have, and be able to gain root.

2) I will be back at isc sometime this evening.
