BTW in the missing things there is what to do on the AFTR side (*):
the AFTR code is an usermode NAT which means:
 - there is no NAT entries for multicast (the code for receiving
  multicast (only in the from B4 to Internet way) logs and drops
  packets)
 - there is no tunnel interface usable for multicast routing
Note a direct consequence of the second point is it is possible
(i.e., highly recommended in production) to run the ISP part of
multicast routing on a separate box.

PS: both technically and in the contract itself.
PPS: multicast on Linux sucks. At one time (perhaps solved now)
the guy in charge of the multicast in the Linux kernel applied the
"bug report == personal offense" policy (:-)...
