list members,

i rebooted my server last night, for therapeutic reasons, and cannot get
the stork agent to start in any worthwhile fashion. the working config
that was running prior to the reboot is now complaining that the
agent.env file is invalid:

[root at server3 stork]# stork-agent --use-env-file --env-file
/etc/stork/agent.env
FATA[2023-11-01 10:33:21]             main.go:432   the
'/etc/stork/agent.env' environment file is invalid: cannot set
'STORK_AGENT_HOST=192.168.88.8' environment variable: no such flag
-STORK_AGENT_HOST

how do the variables that were working previous to the reboot now fail
to parse?  if i comment out each modified line in agent.env, and run the
agent, the next variable is declared as invalid.  the only way to start
the agent is to comment out all lines in agent.env and then i have only
the defaults, which does not do anything i need it to.

what am i missing?

thanks in advance,

brendan
