Hello Stork devs,

I would like to contribute Swedish localization support for the Stork Web
UI.

The change adds and extends the Swedish Angular XLIFF catalog (
messages.sv.xlf) and marks user-facing strings that were previously
hardcoded in templates or TypeScript. This includes navigation,
configuration feedback, DHCP and DNS views, host reservations, user
management, password changes, login text, validation messages,
confirmations, help text, and error notifications.

The purpose is to make the Swedish UI usable without leaving parts of the
application in English. The changes keep the original English strings as
localization sources and add Swedish translations through Stork’s existing
Angular localization mechanism. They do not change Stork’s backend
behavior, API, configuration format, or authentication model.

The implementation also makes more previously hardcoded UI text available
to the translation pipeline. This is useful beyond Swedish: additional
languages can be added later by creating their own XLIFF catalog and
translating the same source messages. Existing localized strings remain
reusable across languages.

I validated the Swedish build, Angular linting, the Swedish localization
lint checks, and the changed files with Gitleaks.
