[stork-users] Stuck in Setup

Hello,

I am stuck in the middle of setup of Stork on Centos 7.  I am following 
the Stork Latest Documentation for installing from Centos Packages.  I 
have postgresql configured properly (I believe) and have the server.env 
file for Stork configured correctly.  However, I am stuck with the 
following error message when I try to start the isc-stork-server service -
