[stork-users] Stork Server not Start

Hello,

I am trying to get Stork server installed for testing with Kea DHCP
Servers.  I have tried to install on both CentOS 7 and CentOS 8 using the
Cloudsmith packages using the instructions in the ARM and the recently
posted ISC session 5 of 6 video posted on YouTube.  Install goes fine but
when trying to start the isc-stork-server it fails.  If I adjust the host
IP from 'localhost' to the IP of the server it does start but reports that
it is trying to connect to the db but ultimately fails.  The only clue in
the logs I can find relates to authentication issues but I know the user
and password are correct.  Firewalld & SELINUX have been disabled.  Any
thoughts would be appreciated.  Logs are below.
