[stork-users] unable to register on gitlab

Hi all,

I seem to be unable to register to the gitlab. (https://gitlab.isc.org/users/sign_in)

I get an error saying mail is not allowed (and that I should use regular mail..) Kinda strange error..
1 error prohibited this user from being saved:

  *   Email is not allowed for sign-up. Please use your regular email address. Check with your administrator.

Is this known? is registration turned off?
