Are you saying Ubuntu 20.04 reached EOL in April 2023 because that's when the flavors of it reached EOL? According to the Ubuntu Wiki, 20.04 LTS is supported until April 2025 and will reach EOL in April 2030. (I can confirm they're still releasing updates for it.)

Ubuntu 20.04 reached the End-Of-Life in April 2023, so we updated our
environment last month.
The Stork is now compiled with a newer GLIBC version unavailable on
Ubuntu 20.04.
I agree we should update our documentation.
The problem has been already reported in
https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/stork/-/issues/1201 .
