[stork-users] Stork Startup Issues

After installation and trying to start Stork, it looks like it cannot open
the hook library.

The error is

*plugin.Open(\"/var/lib/stork-server/hooks/stork-server-ldap.so\"):
/var/lib/stork-server/hooks/stork-server-ldap.so: failed to map segment
from shared object\n*
*cannot open a plugin: /var/lib/stork-server/hooks/stork-server-ldap.so\n*
*...*

The system will try to restart several times, all with the same error.

Is this a permissions issue, as in looking at the hooks pathing, it looks
OK.
