Andrey,
I think you can go ahead and re-authorize agents. There is no more data
to extract, mainly since the data were duplicated three updates ago. So,
the logs probably no longer contain the initial cause (if it was ever
logged).

analyze your problem.
Please don't hesitate to contact me if the re-authorization procedure
doesn't solve your issue.
