Hi Frederick,
This may be a known issue:
https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/stork/-/issues/2425 though the
error message doesn't match exactly.
Looks like the team intends to work on that one in the upcoming 2.5.0
development branch. Reading the comments there, there seem to be
several issues. Perhaps you might like to add your own experience.
There was also another issue that was closed after replication became
impossible: https://gitlab.isc.org/isc-projects/stork/-/issues/2014
