I think Kevin's suspicious may be correct.<br>

Please move the hook files from the `/var/lib/stork-server/hooks` <br>
directory to any other location but not under `/var`. Next, you must <br>
provide a new hook location using the `--hook-directory` flag or the <br>
`STORK_SERVER_HOOK_DIRECTORY` environment variable.<br>

Please report if it solves your problem. Please attach your operating <br>
