Simple configuration for two (2) BIND's running

Has anyone figured out a simple way to run one copy of BIND that will be
used for answering the queries from the outside world, setup properly to
be as safe as possible, no recursion etc.

And another copy of BIND running as a resolver for internal networks.

I was thinking that using the listen-on parameter, you can setup one to
listen on the external interface IP, and the other one on the internal
interface IP.  Assuming 2 network cards.
