Hi there,
was hoping one or more of you seasond dns admins would give me some
advice. Im setting up DNS for my company. The company consists of 5
class c  networks; 192.168.1 192.168.2 192.168.3 & an issued
198.143.201.0 as well as a 32 bit link subnet 198.143.223/32.

My plan was/is to put all class c & link subnet address' in one file
"db.maine" (our domain is 60north.net) the street our company is on is
maine ave.

the nameserver will reside on maine.60north.net & will also act as a
mail hub, thus the reason i want to put the unregistered address' in
db.main (for mx lookups as well as having only to admin one primary
master & one slave name server.) the reverse files will be named..
db.192.168.1 db.192.168.2 db.192.168.3 db.198.143.201 and 198.143.223
respectively. is this an exceptable dns configuration? Im kinda warry
about advertising machine names that reside on unregistered networks.

 Could somone point me to a faq or an rfc concerning these matters?
thanks in advance.
