DNS Multiple Answer Attack

Hi,



I am currently finetuning my DNS 8.1.2 for security reasons.



May I know what is a DNS Multiple Answer Attack. What I can retrieve from
      is that the nameserver will cache invalid information

when it receives a DNS response with multiple answer fields for one
      question field.



I am a bit puzzled that is this the spoofing attack or another type of
      attack?



How does one perform such attack with multiple answer fields for one
      question field?



How can I prevent this?
