Stupid error, driving me crazy!

I know this is something really stupid. But I can't get a subdomain to work
properly, and I don't know why. Would someone try looking up aip.acp.org? It
fails from outside, as near as I can tell. Then try using the server
exeter.acp.org and trying it - it works fine. What am I doing wrong?
