Not if his zone is a subdomain of com.  Network Solutions' database will
only
accommodate a one-to-one mapping from the domain name of a name
server to its address, so the name that currently points to your name
server's
address is the one you get.

I guess you could configure an IP address alias on your name server and then
register a different domain name pointing to that address.
