Root.Cache... new one?

The cache/hints file is just a list of the root name servers.
It looks identical to a zone file, except that it does NOT have
any SOA record in it.

You can use dig to get a current copy of the hints file.  Try
running: "dig @a.root-servers.net . ns" and save the results to
your hints file.  You can change the "a.root-servers.net" to
identify any of the root name servers "A" -> "M".

You can also use FTP to retrieve a copy of this file.  You will
find it at <ftp://rs.internic.net/domain/named.cache>.

There is one nice advantage of getting this information directly
from the Internic, the file contains comments identifying who is
operating the server.  Not important, but fun trivia.
