Zone transfers and EOF Problem.

I think you may get "premature EOF" if the zone transfer doesn't include an
SOA record at the end.  A proper zone transfer should start with the zone's
SOA record and end with an identical SOA record.

I'm not sure what would cause BIND to fail to include the SOA record at the
end, though.
