It seems to me (I enabled -d 2) that named-xfer has some problems:
startxfer() tu-bs.de
/usr/sbin/named-xfer -z tu-bs.de -f slave/tu-bs.de -i slave/tu-bs.de.ixfr.tmp -C 1 -P 53 -T tu-bs.de.23057 -d 2 -l xfer.ddt 134.169.9.107 axfr 134.169.9.40 axfr 134.169.10.20 axfr 134.169.32.1 axfr 134.95.100.209 axfr 192.76.176.9 axfr
started xfer child 23059

... and then ...
endxfer: child 23059 zone tu-bs.de returned status=2 termsig=-1
zoneref: Masters for secondary zone "tu-bs.de" unreachable

Argh.
