Cannot delegate primary nameserver to domain

Hi Iain,

I had the same problem with opensrs, in fact tey're checking with NSI if your
nameserver is registered in their database, if not, they don't want it. Usually
nameservers are registered when you create a domain and put a nameserver in that
domain. You can create a nameserver in your domain with opensrs, the link is in
the last line of the "Manage Name Servers" page. This nameserver will be
registered in the NSI database by tucows (opensrs).
