secondary dns problem

Do you have NS records listing both server?  I.e. the zone file should look
like:

@ IN SOA ...
  IN NS priss.netics.com.au.
  IN NS sylia.netics.com.au.

That's what it means to be "listed as a NS" -- the server has to be
mentioned in the zone's NS records.
