BIND 8.2.2P5 not recieving

Verify that you have the proper hints file.

Beyond that, have the guy check his filters again. While he's at it, he should
also allow TCP for DNS; sometimes DNS responses don't fit in 512 bytes and
need to be retried with TCP.
