Locally DNS works finely but my provider cannot point to my name servers ! really need your feedback !!!

I can only guess at what nameserver verification tool your provider uses. The
only thing I'll note is that ns2.ticket2print.com doesn't appear to be
answering queries. If your provider's tool is trying to use ns2 to resolve
ns1's name, maybe that's why it is choking.
