bind crash.

Hi,

yesterday i did have a problem with our nameserver.
(We are running bind-8.2.2-P7.)
The nameserver crashed, and left me with a core dump and two (identical) messages
in the log file:
    Dec 14 10:33:57 ns1 named[11992]: ns_notify.c:372: INSIST((zp->z_flags &
Z_NOTIFY) != 0) failed.
    Dec 14 10:33:57 ns1 named[11992]: ns_notify.c:372: INSIST((zp->z_flags &
Z_NOTIFY) != 0) failed.

Does anybody has a clue what this may have caused ?
(I am also busy trying to find out myself what caused this crashing.)
