nameserver question

	The correct answer is that they have to be the same.  I know
	there are case where you can get away with them not being the
	same but there are cases where they MUST be the same or else
	the system deadlocks.

	At the very least the servers listed in the parent zone have
	to be a subset of those listed in the child zone or deadlocks
	can occur.
