"Relaying" means accepting e-mail for a domain which you are NOT
serving, and passing it on.

The iranindustry.org domain clearly believes that smtp.iranindustry.org
should get its mail:

iranindustry.org	preference = 10, mail exchanger = smtp.iranindustry.org
Authoritative answers can be found from:
iranindustry.org	nameserver = ns.afranet.com
smtp.iranindustry.org	internet address = 213.166.26.201

But, clearly, that host does not believe so:
