You have ns1.fapenet.org listed in the NS records for iloilo.fapenet.org,
but it doesn't seem to be configured as a secondary server for the
subdomain.

Also, there's an NS record pointing to linux1.iloilo.fapenet.org, but
there's no A record for that name.  It's a CNAME record, but NS records
should point to hostnames, not aliases.
